As a Roofer, you’ll handle installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs
- Troubleshoot and resolve leaks, flashing issues, and ventilation problems
- Maintain safe work conditions and adhere to OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of roofing experience
- Strong understanding of roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
2. Roofing Project Manager
Lead multiple roofing jobs from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction through effective planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and crew coordination
